About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Head to lead our business operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional growth, strengthening branch performance, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall business operations across the region.

• Drive revenue growth and achieve regional business targets.

• Monitor and improve the performance of branches and sales teams.

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen regional business performance.

• Lead, motivate, and support teams to achieve organizational goals.

Experience Required

• 9+ years of sales experience in the NBFC / Banking sector.

• Strong leadership, business development, and team management skills.

• Proven ability to drive regional sales and business growth.
